Language Schools

Dutch School

The Orange Dragon is one of the largest official Dutch Language and Culture Schools (NTC) worldwide and has provided lessons in Dutch language and culture to Dutch and Belgian students in Shanghai for more then 15 years.

The Orange Dragon enjoys an excellent reputation and is well known for its experienced, professionally certified teachers.  Its purpose is to enable Dutch and Belgian students to return to local education in either Belgium or the Netherlands, or any other Dutch school in the world.

They host Dutch mother tongue and culture programs in Shanghai at SCIS Main Campus, SCIS ECE Campus, and SCIS Pudong.  Students from different (International) schools in and around Shanghai are welcome to attend the Dutch Language and Culture programs. The mother tongue and culture programs follows the directives established by, the Dutch Ministry of Education, in order to offer the highest possible quality of education.  Additionally, the Orange Dragon arranges Dutch cultural days (twice per school year during weekends) and other cultural related events like a movie night and King’s Day celebration.
